Buon punto di appoggio per visitare Udine e dintorni, da sottolineare la grande disponibilità della proprietaria che ci ha fatto avere a disposizione un seggiolone e dell'acqua. Zona tranquilla, letto comodo.

L'appartamento aveva il minimo indispensabile e poca cura in generale, un fornello rotto, il minimo indispensabile per cucinare, doccia con soffione rivedibile. Proprietaria molto disponibile come detto ma la comunicazione con la struttura pre check-in è stata difficile. Nessun difetto importante, però tante cose potrebbero essere migliorate.

La zona, l'esterno, la camera (sebbene abbia scelto la più piccola, dispone di tutto ciò che serve), il bagno spazioso e molto ben illuminato, i servizi a disposizione, la tranquillità, la pace. Un luogo che, insieme alla gentilissima e disponibilissima Patricia, trasmette serenità ed accoglienza. Si respira gioia e benessere. La posizione strategica per raggiungere luoghi di nostro interesse. Ci torneremo sicuramente per una vacanza in moto in Friuli.

Prywatny parking, Dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Położenie na parterze. Ładny ogród. Stół na zewnątrz, gdzie można coś zjeść.

Pokój " Gardenia" tak ciasny, że praktycznie dostęp do łóżka jest tylko z jednej strony. Jedna szafka nocna, bo po drugiej stronie już się nie zmieściła. Wisiała za to półka na wysokości oczu i trzeba było uważać, żeby się na nią nie nadziać. Ogromna szafa na całą ścianę - nie wiem po co. W dodatku z zepsutymi drzwiami przesuwnymi dla bezpieczeństwa zablokowanymi jakimś zaciskiem. "Prywatna łazienka" jest dla trzech pokoi, więc prywatna nie jest. Na szczęście byliśmy sami. Do łazienki przechodzi się przez korytarz, gdzie ustawione są: lodówka, ekspres, czajnik, stolik z kubkami - taki niby aneks kuchenny. Dla osoby chodzącej o kulach - tor przeszkód. Bardzo grube, ciepłe kołdry. Za ciepłe! I potwornie twarde poduszki. Za to materac bardzo wygodny.
