OrangeHomes Luxury apartment next to Gellért Hill

The apartment was lovely, well decorated in a quiet part approx 1k over bridge to more lively part lovely view of river and cosy apartment with lots of space

The check in process was a nightmare, we downloaded the app we were sent an email to use to upload our passports and somehow got sent to a different address, we don’t understand how this mix up happened but we ended up 40 min walk away from this location and when we rang Edina for support when we are at the other apartment and we got told to text not call and she hung up, we had a tired 3 year old and didn’t know what to do, we ended up working it out ourselves and got to the right apartment with very little help and not a check in with us to see if all was ok until the next day, The apartment shower door leaks and the shelves are loose

Die Lage ist relativ zentral .

Es war nicht sauber . Das Sofa dreckig und alles staubig. Die Fenster dreckig mit Spinnweben. Das Umfeld im haustest dreckig und wird gerade renoviert. Der Check in n war sehr umständlich. Es musste dafür extra noch eine App heruntergeladen werden und dort alle Passport Details umständlich eingegeben werden. Kein Service .

I liked that it was close to everything and speacially the view of Danube it was amazing 🤩

The toilet was so full of water when going shower and doesn’t go down we take lot of hairs on the drain and cleaning should be better.

Great location. Extremely clean and great communication with Edina. Would recommend.

Everything was great! Spacious clean apartment with fantastic view on Danube. Location is beautiful. Lovely cafes and restaurants very close, walking distance. One of the main attractions Buda Palace just 5 minutes away walking. We walked a lot! Very happy that we chose this apartment. Very responsive and kind host. Thank you very much!

They didn't sent us key code of the apartment before check in. We waited key code at the gate and at the cafe that next door of the apartment 3 hours. We called at least 10 times the Orange Homes's telephone number that given us on the Booking.com pages. The number was unusable and we couldn't reach anyone. We sent messages and emails several times for "Please send us key code". But anyone answered. Because of this we have to rent and go an other hotel. They sent key code us 4 house later our check in time at 18.46 pm and They said only "so sorry". It is totally their fault and they had put to the booking pages a fake telephone number. Waiting was very bad experience for us under the rain at the gate and to pay again money for an other hotel. We are waiting from Booking.com for our money back

Nice appartment with everything we needed. Close to city center and several cafés and restaurants near by.
