My room was good

Everything was good up until we got in the room and the TV wouldn't work. We called the front desk no answer so my boyfriend went to the office with the TV cable box so they could replace it fix it or show him what we should do. But no one was there. We left the room looking like it was when we got there or better but the box was left unplugged. They go to check the room and said we destroyed the room because the box was unplugged and went off. We plugged the box back up and they still kept Goin about the room SMH. So we had no television all night and day at all. And staff nah they were great at first but then... really messed up we won't be back

Been there for their customers and made sure they have what the site says they have and make sure the TV works. And have someone to help them understand English better there's a bad communication issue.

We were greeted by a nice lady who requested we look at another room since it had a king size bed instead of 2 queens and it was above the room but on floor level as we requested. At first when we walked in it was hot and moldy smelling and I thought it would go away when we turned the air conditioner up and left to go eat. The room looked clean but old and faucets needed repair. After returning after eating and concert later we found the air conditioner was not working and room still smelled. My husband said it was too late to do anything about it so we tried to sleep however I have asthma and the only way I could try to sleep was to sleep in a chair sitting up. The furniture was torn and old and when he got in bed while walking across the floor sock footed his socks were filthy. We will NOT go back and we had stayed there before and didn't have issues.Things have gone downhill so farewell FairBridge.

First thing I saw was a roach

The mattress was comfortable. There was no breakfast. The price was very reasonable, but now I know why!

TV did not work. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Sheets had a large spot/stain on it. Curtains were falling off the rod. Did not know they rented by the week and month now. We have stayed here several times thru the years, but never again!

Nothing

I had to go to the office to get toilet paper. There was none in the room. The office was rude to me the whole time.. and I still have not got my deposit back.. even tho he said I would... this place is a joke. Rip off

Everything. Had to sleep on the dresser bc of bed bugs

Property was very close to where we were going. We were there one night extremely comfortable.
