Everything ! Friendly staff, location, Access to everything area! Clean

The beds was nice, BUT a bit to hard/firm for me. I have back problems an It started to act up in pain.

The staff was friendly but were still cleaning rooms at 4 and couldn't decide what room my family should be in. Our nonsmoking room smelled like dog urine. We ended up leaving because the smell was so bad and i refused to take my clothes in. We believed the previous reviews but they were deceiving.
