Excellent spacious appartment, suitable for goups of 8 although we were only 4, so luxury! A bit of noise from bin emptying, and late night 'jollity' but to be expected from such a central location. Nice to have such an open space nearby, with good bars and craft beer. Walking distance of station, Sunday Flea market and much of Palermo. V close to the wonderful Palazzo Butea, a particularly happy find right on our doorstep.

Spotless. Gorgeous accommodating and comfortable in every way. 2 living spaces, formal dining area, en suite and master bedroom w terrace, two levels a third separate sleeping area on other side of hose… huge space with gorgeous secure court yard and open outdoor space up top. So many restaurants, bars and live music right outside your doorstep at night,

grocery was a bit of a walk away

An excellent location in an historical yet off the track area of Palermo.Great food options on the doorstep, the harbour and botanic gardens nearby. The tourist crowds were not nearby.

If the electrics trip (as they often do in Italy) getting to the right fuse box was a bit of an adventure (it's a big apartment and the critical master fuse is actually in the communal lobby)

Apartment is really good, comfortable and welcoming for 6 people. Two bathrooms, two big bedrooms, dining room. Kitchen is very well equiped. Locations is amazing. Air conditioning system also very good for such a huge apartment.

Small room with sofa that is really uncomfortable for sleeping there for 10 days. Procedure for check in, guest manual and keys takeover is unnecessarily complicated, though it is meant to make stay easier. Terrase that is one of the mqin assests of the apartment can not be used, due to high temperature.

This spacious apartment is nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood, just a 15-minute stroll from the train/bus terminal. With double-height ceilings and a delightful separate second floor featuring cozy sofas and a small outdoor terrace (though regrettably, we didn't utilize it), the apartment offers a comfortable retreat. At the rear, two standard-sized bedrooms provide ample storage for clothing, while a spare room with a sofa bed near the entrance is available (although it requires a request for setup, which we made but unfortunately didn't materialize). The apartment boasts modern amenities and cleanliness, including a washing machine and dishwasher. However, we noticed the absence of washing-up sponge, cloth, and oven gloves. Despite the presence of AC, we struggled to operate it due to the lack of instructions, eventually abandoning the attempt. Nevertheless, we would gladly return for another stay.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend it. However, there were a few issues: * Accessing the property was challenging initially. We had to maneuver the key up and down and then twist to open the front gate. At times we inserted the key into the inside gate lock to gain entry. * The front door of the apartment also posed some difficulties. It took us several attempts before we could successfully enter the property. * We encountered trouble with the AC; unable to figure out its operation, we eventually gave up. * The drying maiden and ironing board were both broken. * There was a lack of washing-up sponge, cloth, and oven glove. * Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, frequently dropping out and requiring us to reconnect repeatedly, but the signal was strong once connected.

The space and style. Kids had their own bedroom. The upstairs lounge was a bonus for them to be able to use , they are teenagers. A roomy en-suite and a family bathroom with excellent showering facilities. High quality apartment.

Would have been really useful to have some coat hooks just inside the door as we had nowhere to put them especially one day when it rained all day. There were no hooks in the bathroom either and would have been really good to have some in there as just handy to hang extra towels or your clothes when showering etc. it was a bit unclear as to the difference between the two kitchen bins. Would have loved an extra two chairs for the terrace as we couldn’t all sit out there for breakfast or when the sun was shining . Some board games would have been a bonus as there was lots of dressers and cabinets so no shortage of storage for something like that. Finally one key thing to note for the apartment owners other than the lack of hooks was that there was quite an uncomfortable dip in the bed in the room facing the street. My partner and I were very aware of it despite the mattress itself being a comfortable one

The kalsa neighborhood is great and this property was close to the train/bus station as well as lots of cafes and gelaterias. Also very walkable to historical sites. Very large space with plenty of room and washing machine and kitchen stuff. Coffee maker was a nice touch.
