Kingfisher House is super lovely, well thought and you certainly get value for every cent. The photos do not do it justice. You get a VIP experience with more appliances, utensils and other stuff than you will possibly need. From dishwasher to washing machine, from airfryer to a griller. You only just have to bring your clothes as all else is provided. And everything is of a great quality. They also have boardgames and toys, ensuring that everyone is covered. This is easily the best place I have stayed in Harties.

A Lovely home where we could spend time as a family.

We were given "temporary" access codes for one entry and exit. We had to ask for exit and entry codes every time we wanted to leave or come back to the house. The guards at the gate kept asking for a long-term code for the entire weekend. When we asked per WhatsApp it always felt as if we are a nuisance, After we left, we were told that the "First Aid Kit" that was, supposedly, in the main bedroom cupboard is no longer there. we DEFINITELY never saw the kit and we DEFINITELY would not steal something like it. It was implied that we took it. I offered to pay for it, even though we did not see or removed it.

We loved the setting and the good and efficient service. The hosts went out of their way to make it a special stay leaving us some water and snacks and making sure everything was perfectly clean,

We only struggled slightly with the aircons, otherwise everything else was perfect!

Amazing place. Very well kept. Awesome communication with host. Spacious. Alot of amenities.

Capetownian family at kingfisher's house We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The modern decor and high-quality furniture created a lovely atmosphere for our family. It was not only aesthetically pleasing but also felt incredibly safe for our little ones, who enjoyed the variety of games available. The clean and safe pool was definitely my daughter's favorite spot, and my big brother loved the braai area where he could grill delicious meals. I appreciated having access to a gas stove, which made it easy for me to prepare salads and pap for everyone. We had a great time playing family board games after dinner, creating unforgettable memories together. The Wi-Fi was a huge plus for our teen, who enjoyed gaming and staying connected on social media, while Dad relaxed with Netflix — the sound quality was just right! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. It truly was a fun place for the whole family to explore and enjoy. Plus, the views overlooking the golf course were stunning, and it was nice to see our teen kicking a ball around outside. Our host was incredibly friendly and always available via call or WhatsApp, providing quick responses and ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, this property offered the perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and convenience for our family vacation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

However, I did have one regret: I booked the property too late! I wish I could have secured a longer stay, as the days we wanted were already taken.
