Modern Apartment nr Fistral Beach Private Parking

Great location. Spacious apartment and well equipped.

Beds too firm. Addition of fans or air conditioning would have been appreciated.

It was clean, very well equipped and good value for money. Perfect for friends, family, couples. Easy to get to and access keys, great facilities and the renters are very accessible too.

It’s a great property, perhaps a wee bit far from the centre. Approx a mile walk to restaurants and bars. Very easy access but a walk nonetheless. Not a prob for us but it’s in the third floor with no lift access. Something to bear in mind if have limited mobility or children.

Really easy to get access to the keys and the parking was really simple. The place has it's own space but as we rocked up early we just used a visitor bay. The apartment was spotless just like the pictures and the location is brilliant. We love the beach and being able to just walk to Fistral with our bodyboards was ace. We even found the shower in the car park we used to wash the sand off before we went in too. We also didn't realise how close we were to Crantock beach and we could walk to that at low tide, or catch the little Ferry across at high tide from the Fern Pit cafe at the top of the road.

We didn't like it when it was time to go, seriously it was all good.

Apartment was very clean and good location. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Also liked the balcony overlooking the car and a not having to worry about parking as each apartment has its own allocated parking space

No lift up to the property which is located on the top floor but unfortunately it’s the way the apartments are designed.

The apartament was better than what i expected.It was well equiped with the smallest detail needed even gaming console for my teenage son Very spacious and modern apartament.One thing that could be improved is the dust on furniture but I think it was not occupied for a few days prior our ararrival and the dust collects really quickly.However I did not have a problem with wiping here and there. Overall we are very pleased with the stay. I pay attention to hygienic bed linen and towels and all was great,new,white and not worn out.Lovely place to stay in and very close to the beach.You can hear the sea waves with window open at night.
