Ricoh Arena/Newly Refurbished Semi-Detached House

The location was great.

The response time with property owner. So wasn’t able to access property and had to rebook another hotel.

Highly recommend.. I will definitely book again.

Great location for where we wanted to be. Nice 2 bed house which can sleep 4 upstairs in 2 double beds and also has a sofa bed downstairs so perfect for traveling families. Easy fast access don't need to meet anyone just straight in. Also a driveway. There was loads of tea and coffee which was great 👍 TV with Netflix so movie night was great last night

the property was in poor condition and isn't recently refurbished. I was there an hour and had to find another place to stay. The sofa had pet hair and cigarette burns. carpet was dirty. mattress was wafer then and didn't fit the bed frame. pillow cases with mascara on, crack in shower tray, hairs in the shower, no hand towel in the bathroom. Towels provided were very small. draw missing out of bed side table. the list goes on and on. however it is not as advertised and not newly refurbished.

Newly renovated is not true - probably about 5 years ago. House is very tired (cobwebs, greasy dirty kitchen, paint missing in patches, stains on ceilings). No cubboards or shelves in bedrooms at all so nowhere to hang clothes. TV that doesn't even have BBC-ITV channels. Arrival quite cohotic - pin code didn't work - no bed linen or towels for 5th occupant. Garden an absolute disgrace

Beds were poor comfort quality, The outside of premises was in very poor order front and back with grass not cut.

It stank, was dirty and completely awful in all. No tables in the lounge as per photos, really basic throughout. Garden overgrown and completely unkept.

Front garden, stench in the house, atrocious lumpy, cheap mattresses, piles of letters of post, dangerous back garden, cigarette ends galore out the back. No table are a in the lounge, only the cheapest nasty lounge furniture know to man.

We were attending a concert at the ricoh arena and location was easily walkable which was perfect for us. We had an issue with the internet not working (which can i add was completely our fault) but the hosts were absolutely amazing at coming straight out to help, i couldnt thank them enough, i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again, so thank you so much for everything 10/10 for the stay and for the help received, thanks guys 👍🙂
