Kit hen lacked some facilities (microwave) Ni Wifi

Lovely apartment, so cosy, great facilities.

Not that I didn't like it, but a sofa in lounge would have been nice to relax.

The location is perfectly situated for everything Filey has to offer

The location was excellent and although there was no parking included we had no trouble finding a space on the road. The bed was exceptional.

The dining facilities were distinctly underwhelming- a tray table and two small stools. Also the lounge chairs were more like occasional chairs than proper easy chairs, fine for hotel rooms but when you choose to book self catering you really expect a better degree of comfort.

Location, seamless check-in, bed very comfy, view, communication with owner was fine, however no one was around to help, seemed a bit remote-controlled

No trashbags provided, toilet lid and seat were loose, shower heat rather unreliable, windows clearly not cleaned for days/weeks (a few days of gulls around don't make it that dirty), washing machine available but no detergent nor option to hang wet laundry, only one tea towel to dry dishes

Try to put the keys back in code box it won't open so left the keys in the property .and got a angry phone call from the owner it spoil the trip will not recommend the property to my friends
