Location and comfort

The apartment was clean and well equipped,. The location is probably great in summer but not necessarily in the winter time as you need 20 minutes walk into the city centre and 40 to bus station.

The bed/mattress was the worst!! the mattress was so soft (in a bad way - simply in bad conditions) and uneven on the upper part that we had to flip it the second night. I mean, a good quality mattress is a MUST for any accommodation. There are also other small things that they could improve such as providing hangers for the towels in the bedroom.

I liked that you had a balcony and it was a clean property and all the extra products that’s there if needed

The heating would not work and it was really cold in the apartment we all had to sleep in two sets of pjs and we were still freezing was really disappointed as I had a 1 year old with me

There is no hot water all the time. Sometimes it’s needed to turn the boiler on and the water finishes fast, it is not enough to take a shower os 10 minutes, the hot water goes down.

The location and the restaurants, shops, beach etc nearby were all great

The entire property from street door to apartment door was filthy. The windows of the apartment were also filthy. The balcony was disgusting and had a corner full of bird sh1t. Clearly there was a nest there in Spring, but this is November! The quality and quantity of delph, pots, pans etc was simply a bad joke for the price charged. There was broken equipment stored on top of the kitchen presses- Why? The walls need painting, they are actually streaked with black. The front door to the apartment itself, which did not appear to be a fire door, had a piece of black paper sort of stuck to the glass. The bed is very soft and perhaps the smallest double bed available. There is no working intercom and only 1 key set provided. So disappointing for nearly €200 per night.

Cosy and clean apartment. Perfect location close to the sea promenade. Great view from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay here.
