Location location location loads of facilities we had an excellent time

Amazing locations right on the sea front with perfect views. Host was very quick to respond and helpful. Lots of treats from wine, Welsh cakes, cereal, milk etc they had thought of everything. Easy check in. Spacious rooms and 2 lounges. Parking next to the house. Netflix included too. All towels and linens. Just a lovely property.

The beds on the top floor, even though mattresses were comfy, the kingsize bed frame is metal and make a springy noise that wakes you on every turn, it also moves away from the wall throughout the night making the bathroom door not open fully. The single beds on the top floor are wooden but the bed slats make a noise as you turn over too. Meaning we didn’t get restful sleeps If they could be sorted it would be 10/10

Key code for keys not given through booking.com. Had to message host to ask for info, luckily they replied promptly otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get in!

The location is amazing, it is right on the sea front so was perfect for going for walks. Everything was provided and all the goodies that were there on our arrival were extremely welcome, the Welsh cakes were lovely! The house was easy to access and the bedding and towels were good quality.

The beds were a bit on the noisy side and not the most comfortable, I suffer with my back so I’m sure that didn’t help. A bit more attention to detail is needed with cleaning, eg: between the banisters, and extractor hood but other than that the house was spotless.

Lovely house, very clean, excellent welcome pack. We found it ideal for a long weekend visiting family near by. The views of the bay are beautiful and the beach is spotless. Plenty of space for 5 adults/teens and dog. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. We didn't have great weather so appreciated the selection of games when we didn't want to go out. Conveniently close to M4 makes it a great base.

The only minor point was a lack of tumble dryer which would have been handy given the wet weather we had.

Fantastic location, lots of space in the townhome. coffee, tea, cappucino, fruit bowl and wine was such a nice touch upon arrival! We can't wait to return - thank you!
