Plymouth city centre apartment near Theatre Royal

Great location for walking to sights. Quiet building, though apartment was on the top floor. Once the luggage was up the stairs were not an issue. Lovely furnishings, welcome gift of Prosecco and shortbread (!) and super shower. Was much larger than the pictures imply. Used the washer and dishwasher, both worked as expected. No problems with anything. Really enjoyed the very “British” vibe to the decor. Nick was a gracious host who met us and provided all necessary information. Would recommend if you want a classy, central location in Plymouth for your holiday stay.

We felt that the mattress could be upgraded. Seemed to have a valley in the center, so with 2 people, we felt we were rolling toward the middle. No problem for 1 person.

The location was great, near the Hoe and city center. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean - had everything we needed for a few nights. Well equipped kitchen was a bonus. Nick was also very responsive and helpful during the entire stay

Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything needed. Great furniture. Lovely touches like beautiful fresh flowers and Christmas decorations done. Everything needed in the kitchen. Great shower. Wonderful host.

Clean, comfortable and an excellent location near the Barbican, Hoe and town centre. Car parking outside and car park at the end of the road although cheaper in other parts of town. A lovely stay.

Lots of remote controls, a guide would have been helpful.

Fantastic place. It’s a big apartment, was spotlessly clean, had all the cooking equipment you could need and more, and also conveniently located next to the City Centre whilst also being peaceful and easily accessible. Nick was very accommodating, and went way above and beyond to help me with some requests that many would not have. 100% recommended.

Absolutely wonderful property and host. Lots of stairs but it was well worth the climb 😉. Loved the location and all the facilities. Would definitely recommend to those who can manage stairs.
