I liked nothing of this hotel.

I was travelling with my family for medical purpose 1.the rooms provided to us was very dirty it was totally different from the pictures shown online . 2.the rooms provided to us was in the 5th floor we had to walk all the way up.we asked them for down floor but they didn’t give us.my old ailing father of 66 had hardly walk from ground floor to fifth floor. 3.when we entered the room it was disgusting.the sheets were dirty the conditions of washroom was poor 4. Some how spend a night there next morning there was no water in the tab. We could not take .to use the washroom we went to the 1st floor 5.outside the room there were garbage bags 6. The lift was not working.there was no WiFi.there was no towel no soap. 7.At last we can’t think of staying in this hotel I suggest my family and friends to never stay in this hotel.

Staff demanded to cancel the online booking and insisted on taking the offline booking for money. And they denied to accept my wife's Adhar card even though it was original. And cleanliness also was very poor.
