The Historic Lyric Penthouse with Private Rooftop

It is in a great location. It is a nicely renovated apartment in a historic house. It has a great ambiance and a spacious kitchen. You literally have the whole floor.

Though the apartment is huge, it only has one bedroom and one bathroom, it can only be recommended for two people. More than two people have zero privacy, and the windows have no curtains or shades. At the time of our arrival, the house was still under construction, which should have been mentioned. Also, we asked for the code for the washing room and got a text that it still needs to be installed while it was clearly there.

It was spectacular and identical to the photos. Very clean and organized. Stocked full of amenities for a relaxing stay.

* No complaints for the place. Note for parking though: The building behind that’s noted to range from $10-30 a day ended up costing $50 for approximately 18 hrs of parking. If I do stay again I don’t recommend parking there.

Very unique property! Rooftop access is really cool. Downtown so walking everywhere we needed to get to was super easy

Great location for Bengals or Reds games - short walk. Super fun decor. Private rooftop is very unique. Home is fully accommodating - comfortable bed and towels, fully loaded kitchen.

Exceptional value. Huge loft all new furnishing appliances.

Parking.

The unit is beautiful and well kept. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Parking was a little difficult. I didn’t feel comfortable going outside after dark.
