Mauryan Signature hotel Near Yashobhoomi

It did not exist!

No staff,no room service They take food order ,it's only anda bhurji and after one hour they tell us order canseled.

I am very happy staff was very helpful Room was very good breakfast was very tasty 😋, 😋😋😋😋😋😋 washroom hotel was clean the staff was also good, and welcomed warmly we enjoyed staying there and My stay was very happy breakfast very the cleanliness was taken care of well and the service was also good service very fast guest are

This was a very bad experience…Hotel fooled around when i reached there and did not allot me any room …worst ever experience of my life …

i liked the stay at this property the manager Jeetu was nice working at front disk

1. The name on booking.com is different from the real name which is TAJ RESIDENCY not Hotel Moon Taj near Yashoobhoomi convention centre.This is very misleading and made it difficult to find the property 2. The pictures used for advertising this property bears no resemblance with what i saw. This is just a rented apartment not a hotel 3. The location is too local and not really accessible. Cabs will drop you off and you have to walk to the property 4. No toiletries were provided 5. Despite the freezing temperature, no heater was provided in the rooms 6. I was made to pay a lot more than what was advertised 7. Payment is made only in local currency with no other payment options 8. It was boldly written on the room door that outside food was not allowed 9. There were moments of power outages 10. Bedsheets were not changed they were only re-arranged 11. You have to beg before ordinary water could be provided 12. There was no window and thus no view from my room. I felt like one in a container 13. There is no contact phone number

They did not honour confirmed reservation

No commitment bringing bad name to booking.com
