Delightful self-contained Annexe close to airport

Everything! Very welcoming, homely, comfortable, exceptionally clean, well cared for, fantastic breakfast items, fridge was stocked with jam, butter, milk,fruit juice, cold water dispenser great information board in the kitchen, board games available, garden and garden toys for children available, conservatory available, parking available, I can't rate highly enough! This is a fabulous home away from home, would recommend to anyone to stay here. Beds were super comfy, communication and hospitality was amazing, I will definitely be looking to rebook when I next visit, very very satisfied with this choice. Mel and David clearly put a lot of time, effort and care into maintaining this property and it shows from the minute you open the front door, what a fantastic job you guys do!

The ease of using the key lock was great as we unfortunately arrived far later than we had expected due to the weather. As soon as we entered it felt so snug and welcoming as you could tell the Love that had been put into the annexe.

Just a very tiny observation ......the number of the property could be made clearer on the outside wall.

Great communication from the owners. Excellent choice of breakfast, something for every taste. A little strange 'sharing' the conservatory and garden but a lovely space. We were out most of the time anyway. Fold out beds were much more comfortable than others we've slept on and the whole place was lovely and warm. Central for all the places we wanted to visit and shops for essentials nearby. Thank you David and Mel

This was a real find. My work colleagues were all staying in the centre of town but I was able to be near our evening venue and I could park up at no extra cost. I could have happily spent a week in such splendid, spacious surroundings, not just the single night that I had. The room was wonderful, there was plenty to eat for my self-service breakfast and all the pre-comms - including the code for the key - all went smoothly. Many thanks David and Mel for a great stay. I'm tempted to book a flight from Norwich Airport just so I can bring my family here and stay once again!

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Quite location. Conservatory was a real bonus, great to relax in. Clean and tidy. Plenty of storage space in bedroom.

Would have liked a couple more tea towels and some kitchen roll.

David and Mel were very understanding, kind and supportive when I messaged to explain I was not able to check in to this property. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel our stay at the last minute but the response recieved to my message stating why I would not be checking in was amazing. I never actually got to see the property but will need to book something again in the near future - based on the conversations with David and Mel alone I am greatly encouraged to rebook with them.

The accommodation was very spacious for a couple. Being allowed to use the sunroom was a bonus. Kitchen facilities were basic but had everything you required. Choice of breakfast was a big bonus. We did have one issue with the wifi and tv but this was rectified the very next day.

If there had been a big mirror in front of the sink it would have been a lot easier when shaving for my husband and doing my hair. It would have been a nice touch to have had a clock in the living room on the wall.
