modern flat with all appliances and well located near to city centre it’s good for a couple whether traveling for leisure or business

some appliances like sink, tap and fridge need maintenance

Air conditioning was good.

Could be cleaner. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Fridge is very loud.

The apartment is well equipped and proper, however the air conditining did not work and that sopiled our stay.

We could not sleep at night due to the hot weather and the malfunctioning of the air conditioning. The company owning the property did not react. No reparation, no change of apartment, no answer, just an annoying sad face.

Good location to explore Genova. The apartment is clean and newly renovated with spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The customer service is helpful, if you can reach them. Overall a good experience but with some annoying things...

The location of the building is not correctly set on Google Maps, so it's a bit difficult to find. Sending out a map before check-in pinpointing the location would be helpful. Even though the booking was made through booking.com I had to enter into some sort of an agreement with the owner of the apartment, which is weird, and I never even saw the agreement, because the person doing the check-in just clicked and entered a PIN as a signature on my behalf... There is a warning sign in the apartment saying that you'll be fined for EUR 50 if you leave any garbage in the apartment, which in my opinion is not really courteous. Not that I can't take out the trash but imposing a fine if I leave something behind by mistake? After all, cleaning is part of operating an accommodation business, isn't it?
