Charming city center apartment by Polo Apartments

Close to loads of restaurants and the shopping centre was only 15 mins walk away.

4 flights of stairs to get to apartment. I hadn't noticed this in the description. Also there was a homeless person who slept just outside the door to the building. He/she scared me every time I went out. It made me feel unsafe. Building of a new block of flats just across the road. They start punctually at 8am.

Чудове розташування в самому центрі міста. Поряд магазини, ресторани, кафе, пішохідна вулиця, зупинки автобусу… Є місця для парковки, але в цій зоні вона досить коштовна, 2,5€ за годину, окрім нічного часу. В помешканні є вся необхідна побутова техніка, посуд, засоби для прибирання.

Дуже багато пилу скрізь, а пилосос під час роботи має неприємний запах, потребує чистки. Диван та килим теж мають неприємний запах, потребують хімчистки. Чайник не працював, на плиті зламана одна з решіток. На приліжковій тумбі стояв світильник зі зламаним корпусом та розбитою лампочкою. Вентиляційна решітка в душі вкрита мохом, як і всі світильники всередині. В кухонних шафках брудні банки з під кави з цукром, використані капсули для кавоварки, пакет з засохлим маршмелоу… Я подорожувала з двома дітьми, але в квартирі виявилось всього дві ковдри. Всі подушки деформовані, чекають заміни. Однозначно такий сервіс не вартий витрачених коштів.

Big flat with all things you need. We needed to extend our stay and we asked for it at the very end. The owner helped with this without any problems. Thank you

The house was well prepared for a stay.

Difficult to cover the windows for sunlight in the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue after all.

TV and remote control was frozen forever, but luckily it happened last day

Good location, got everything you need (maybe there could be one more chair to have breakfast for family of three), responsible host. I would suggest this place for couples not for families.

If you are coming by car keep in mind that parking will cost you 18€ in underground parking or next to the house 24€ per day (8am to 8 pm) - in description there is a lower price. It is a noisy place - music was on in local bars up to 5 am and there is no air-conditioning, you can only open windows. A service dog is considered a pet and will cost you 10€ per day. You have to take trash out when you leave. If you enter the yard late in the evening it would be really dark and feels unsafe. There was a bit too much of advertising of a lauched website during communication with host.
