Easy access and communication with the host was great. Bar area immediately behind the hotel was ideal and surrounding places to grab a quick bite, great location.

AC consisted of two mini split systems, was a little warm upstairs a standing fan would have been useful. It’s worth noting it was 37 degrees when I visited.

Everything! Location, style, cleanliness, amenities, comfy bed, great comms with the owner, security, hi-tech app based entry system. The list is endless. We absolutely loved this place. It also looks exactly like the pictures.

The overnight bin collections were a little bit noisy but it is a VERY central location with great access to bars, cafes and restaurants so that was to be expected. Take some earplugs and you will be fine!

Love love love this property and location! The appartment is modern, stylish and right in the heart of Genoa. Superb location!! Walk to everything - the key city highlights are close and there is a vibrant restaurant and bar area behind the apartment. Train station is on the doorstep - easy to get to and around the city. Open the lovely high glass doors/windows and listen to the city! Close the double glazed window/doors and sleep quietly. Virginia was very helpful and a wonderful host. would stay there again without hesitation and would recommended this highly to my friends and all others. Loved our stay there!
