Appartement situé dans une rue piétonne du centre-ville. Laszlo est un hôte très sympathique et accueillant ! Une chambre double, une chambre simple et un séjour avec grand canapé lit confortable. Lave-vaisselle utile pour gagner du temps. Lave-linge utile pour ceux qui séjournent longtemps.

Les lits (chambre double et chambre simple) sont très fermes. Des volets roulants difficiles à décoincer et à manipuler, donc pas 100% efficaces. Un détail qui sera vite corrigé par Laszlo: les placards de la cuisine et les casseroles étaient gras.

Disappointment of the year The greatest joy about this accommodation was when we finally left. We came to Debrecen for two nights with small children because of an UEFA preparation match, but we wish we would have chosen another accommodation. - It was 31 degrees outside and the air conditioning in the apartment was not working at all. At first, the owner said that the remote control was not paired with the indoor unit, then after we solved it, it turned out that the outdoor unit does not turn, does not work at all. Because of this, it was 35 degrees in the apartment for three days, despite the fact that it was advertised with air conditioning and weeks earlier we could have chosen anything else. The promised AC repair never arrived. But neither does the owner to possibly look or try to do something. - There is not a single normal bed in the apartment. All rooms have fold-out sofa beds, even the double bed is actually a fold-out double sofa. There is not a single piece of bed frame + mattress version. The bedding and pillows are made of cheap, low-quality synthetic material, but it should be noted how bad the pillow was. - There is an empty concrete crate on the balcony that looks like it was after a zombie attack. All this despite the fact that there is a flower market on the street, in front of the house, where a piece of geranium costs exactly HUF 300. On the balcony, there are 3 small, wooden stools, which are devoid of any comfort. - The TV is from a brand that we have never heard of in our lives, and it has a remote control in Spanish, for which we bought batteries after our arrival. - In front of the house, on the street, there is a pub where loud parties go on until night, which would not be a problem if the air conditioning worked and the windows did not have to be left open. The fact that there is such a pub in the house is of course not the fault of the owner, but it is the fact that there is no prior information about this for families on booking.com.

The location is absolutely central.

There's no free parking as advertised. We paid app. 10 eur for the parking playing per hour and moving the car. That was pretty annoying. There's a nasty smell in the toilet area, really a reek. Otherwise the apartment was clean. There's no proper bed but a sofa bed in the bedroom, that's not very comfortable. The walls are dirty and apartment doesn't look nicely in the day light. The remote control is broken and we couldn't use netflix on the TV.
