I am disappointed with my recent stay at this property, there were several issues that significantly affected the overall experience. Firstly, the parking charges are unreasonable for hotel guests. Guests are charged every time they enter and exit the parking area, and will charge rm6/night which is highly inconvenient and does not feel guest-friendly. Secondly, the front desk staff which is 2 guys with poor attitude during my check-in on 29 May 2026 at approximately 3.00 PM displayed poor customer service. The staff member appeared arrogant, unhelpful, and uninterested in assisting guests. Instructions were given reluctantly, and the overall attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Another major issue was the lift service. Despite having multiple lifts available, the waiting time was excessively long throughout the stay. This reflects poor management and operational efficiency. The hotel also lacks many basic amenities that are commonly provided by hotels. For a room accommodating two people, only two pillows were provided, whereas most hotels typically provide four. Additional pillows and many other basic requests came with extra charges. It felt like almost everything required an additional payment. Housekeeping was also unusual. Guests are expected to leave rubbish outside the room and wait for cleaners to collect it. This is not the standard level of service expected from a property promoting itself as a premium hotel or serviced suite. Furthermore, customer support is only available through WhatsApp instead of direct phone assistance. This makes it difficult and time-consuming to receive immediate help when needed. The property claims to be a premium serviced suite and hotel, but the actual experience felt more like a basic homestay with limited services. Overall, the stay was not worth the amount paid, and the service standards fell far below expectations. This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.

Selesa dan cantik, kemudahan pun banyak siap dekat dengan haxtar mall jalan kaki je. Suka bau air freshner kat lobby tu.

Lif banyak tapi lambat, mungkin sebab crowd ramai stay situ. Kesian untuk org tua n budak kecik yang kena berdiri lama tunggu lif 10-15 minit. Kadang naik tangga je nak cepat setakat nak gi swimming pool tu beza 2 tingkat dgn level kitorg 38. Better korg check out awal kalau tak nak sesak n tgu lama lif.
