I will never stay here again!!! This was my go-to hotel but unfortunately, staff can’t be trusted. I once stayed here & left a basketball in the room purposely & they called me immediately telling me I left something. My next stay I left my toiletry bag with so many sentimental & valuable items, & not only did I not receive a call.. but when I called, apparently no one could find it! I know exactly the lady who cleaned our room & maybe she just needed it more than I did. Smh, super disappointed.

Location and breakfast

A receptionist named Rose did my check in and mistakenly charged me twice, as I had already paid for my stay directly through site Booking.com. Days after this hotel mistake, I am still trying to resolve the problem, which has cost me precious time. It wasn't my fault, so I should NOT be responsible for resolving this... I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hello, I am writing to share details about my recent stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Stafford Sugar Land, as it did not meet the expectations associated with the Marriott brand. During my stay, the elevators were not functioning properly, which caused significant inconvenience. I also had to call the front desk multiple times due to ongoing noise disturbances, but the issue was not adequately resolved. In addition, the television in my room did not work, nor was the stove operational, which further impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. Given these multiple issues, I would like to know if a refund or some form of compensation is available. I would appreciate your assistance and a follow-up regarding this matter. Thank you for your time and attention.

The property was a spitting definition of perfect.

We used the meeting room for our first Faith and Business and Nicole made the experience wonderful for our guests
