There is no Hot water Facilities & worst Hospitality

I have stayed with family in 2 bhk, The property is spacious, but had lots of mosquitoes, Toilets have ventilation inside the house. AC was working in 1 bed room and not in another. The fan was very slow even at level 5. Wifi is at 0.5 mbps speed. Even our phone network is better than it. Even after the booking charges they charged extra Rs 400. But the staff is good.

I got the information they gave room to another person When I reach at place at 3:30pm and offer another room with higher price

One room doesn’t have ac, both the bedrooms don’t have attached bathroom, one bathroom has poor ventilation

room was awesome,but keep ac in two rooms it will be helpful in summer.. Everything is fine other than that
