Foarte aproape de plajă și locurile de luat masa. Spațiul de la piscină foarte frumos amenajat. Proprietarii foarte amabili și atenți la nevoile noastre.

Мы остались в полном восторге от пребывания в Kalos Luxury!!! С первых минут нашего пребывания мы чувствовали заботу Дженни и её семьи! Приветственный набор продуктов в виде фруктов, хлеба, молока, масла, джема и др. явилось несомненно фактом радушного гостеприимства! Апартаменты современные, комфортабельные и идеально чистые! Наличие современной бытовой техники (капсульной кофе- машины, духового шкафа, микроволновой печи, посудомоечной машины и т.д.) сделали наше пребывание ещё более комфортным! Кондиционеры в каждой комнате, джакузи на верхней террасе с шикарными видами - восторг! Обеденный стол на террасе и обеденные зоны на территории позволяли нашей компании проводить приятные вечера! Магазин со всем необходимым на первом этаже апартаментов - это невероятно удобно! Удобные шезлонги и кабаны возле бассейнов позволяли отдохнуть в полуденную жару, при этом любуясь видами одного из лучших пляжей Крита - Вулисма, находящегося в 3-х минутах ходьбы от апартаментов! Пишу этот отзыв с огромной благодарностью хозяевам за их чудесные апартаменты! Надеемся вернуться в следующем году!

Wir hatten 11 fantastische Tage in den Kalos Luxury Homes. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: In wenigen Minuten ist man am traumhaften Voulisma Beach – glasklares Wasser, perfekte Bucht. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, geschmackvoll und top gepflegt; alles wirkt hochwertig und durchdacht. Von der Pool-/Gartenanlage mit Meerblick bis zum eigenen Whirlpool/Jacuzzi blieb für uns kein Wunsch offen. Ein großes Lob an Maria und ihren Mann: So warmherzig, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar – echte Herzens-Gastgeber. Zur Ankunft wartete sogar ein kleiner Willkommensgruß (frisches Obst/Leckereien) – so fühlt man sich sofort zuhause. Unser persönliches Highlight: Aus medizinischen Gründen brauchten wir eine weichere Schlafunterlage. Maria hat unmittelbar nach Check-in reagiert und noch am selben Tag in der nächsten Stadt eine Matratzenauflage besorgt – das ist Service auf höchstem Niveau und alles andere als selbstverständlich. Praktisch außerdem: Restaurants/Tavernen und ein Supermarkt in Gehweite; mehrere wunderschöne Strände sind ganz nah. Kurz: perfekte Basis für erholsame Strandtage und Ausflüge.

Mooi appartement. Leuke zwembaden. Fijn buitenterrein. Voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen. Alles was te vragen en kon worden geregeld. Gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. Er wordt voor handdoeken gezorgd. Weinig op- en aan te merken.

Beetje harde bedden, maar verder niets.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautifully decorated, modern apartment. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely selection of fresh fruit, honey, bakery items, and everything we needed for a perfect first breakfast—a charming and personal touch. 🛏️ The apartment was spotlessly clean, and all amenities were in great condition, including the washing machine and kitchen taps. Every detail contributed to a comfortable and relaxing stay. 👥 The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. 🚗 While the apartment is close to a busy road, which can be noticeable at times, it’s also just a five-minute walk from a stunning beach—so the location is actually quite ideal for beach lovers! We’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway with modern comforts and a warm hospitality.

The accommodation is beautiful and tastefully decorated with quality furniture and fittings. This continues into the outside area which is stunning but also very comfortable. Jenny and Maria and their team are really friendly and helpful as well as exceptional hosts.

It would have been nice to have somewhere to put clothes in the loft room but I’m being fussy. Also, we needed a system for the bathroom use as there were no locks on the doors.

Everything, the host /very kind and nice people/, the apartment /all perfect, with Jacuzzi on the terrace/, outside /big garden with swimming pools, BBQ area next to the swimming pools, with tables with nice view to the sea and the beach, the supermarket/. Close to the beach and restaurants and to St. Nicola town. Everything you need, in a perfect way!

The apartment is super clean, well equipped, comfortable and really maintained well. It feels luxurious and it is right next to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. Most of all the hospitality was incredible. We arrived at 1am and our hosts were there to meet us! I couldn’t believe it. They were so kind and welcoming, and as we were there over Easter they bought us Easter treats and gifts. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed, and we travel often. And it has a hot tub too!!
