It was clean , cosy and spacious , love the fact it was central to shops and pubs and a 20 mins ish walk to the lake definitely will come back

Nothing everything was fab

It had all facilities required - large working kitchen with amenities, separate units for washer and dryer (which is my preference!). And all in great working condition. Very responsive hosts (we had a minor emergency and it was sorted out really quickly). Bed was comfortable and really close to the shops and walkable to Orrest Head. Had a private carpark for one vehicle which is very handy. Hosts were accommodating and allowed us to extend our parking which we truly appreciated.

The entrance from the park to the back entrance is quite tiny. We misunderstood the description and thought it was an apartment with a separate dining and one-bedroom BUT it is a combined room. The area is little small compared to the space allocated for the kitchen and washing areas. We were there on a Sat night and the noise from upstairs interrupted our sleep. It would have been good to have a dish drainer for us to wash some items by hand. Also if we had access to more than 2 pods for laundry would have been appreciated. A little expensive than other places we had stayed in but that could be due to that it is in Windermere.

Poor water pressure in the shower

Very comfortable and great location. Great staff. Fabulous team, biscuits, coffee and water on arrival.

Nothing really. Perhaps recommend a cosy rug in the bedroom.

Great facilities, right in the centre of town, close to shops and amenities. Great to have parking space.

Everything about our visit was perfect. The location to train station, . The cleanliness, facilities, equipment, and supplies were excellent. Thank you to Brittany for her help and recommendations. The restaurant, Tillys, is close by and also provided great food and service. I am looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you.

Having a parking space was a real bonus. The apartment has a very nice kitchen with separate utility room, and a bedroom. The location is great, right in the town with a shop 1 minute away.

Not having a sitting room was a bit odd.
