It was spacious and allowed plenty of room for Plenty of guests. They made good use of the layout to accommodate many beds .

Unfortunately, our recent stay at this rental fell well below expectations. Several issues made the experience frustrating and disappointing. First and foremost, the beds were in poor condition — especially the one advertised as a “queen,” which was in fact a full-size bed. There were no televisions in any of the bedrooms, only in the living room. The back sliding glass door was inoperable, the blinds were shredded in nearly every room, and the ceiling fans in two rooms did not work. The grass was overgrown, and there was trash scattered around the yard and surrounding units. Parking was also very tight and inconvenient. Most concerning was a large, exposed hole in the yard, which posed a potential safety hazard. Prior to arrival, the owner required additional steps including submitting personal information and placing a $50 hold on my card for incidentals — separate from the Booking.com process. This extra layer raised my expectations for the property, which unfortunately were not met. While the property manager was very communicative and did offer to send someone out to repair the blinds and ceiling fans during our stay, I felt this defeated the purpose of a peaceful visit, especially given the price. I reached out multiple times via text and email to express my concerns, particularly about the misrepresentation of the bed size and the overall condition of the home, but never received a response regarding the possibility of a partial refund. For the price, I expected significantly more. This rental is poorly maintained and not suitable for families — especially those traveling to visiting soldiers with back to back ceremonies and plan to spend any amount of time at this rental besides sleeping .
