Skvělá lokalita, pohodlné parkování, dochůzková vzdálenost na vlak a do centra. Apartmán je velmi prostorný a pohodlný. Majitelka milá a ochotná.

Některá zařízení by potřebovala upgrade, zejména koupelna (např. páková baterie místo kohoutků a koupelna celkově), uvolněná digestoř, roztrhané sítě proti komárům.

Location, quiet place as well as descent size of the property. Free parking. Comfortable bed, pillows and matresses.

High humidity in bedroom when temperature is below 20 centigrades. During the winter time due to underfloor heating and absence of air recuperation system - it's quite hard to breathe and maintain comfortable temperature. Electrical installation is done by unqualified person - if you switch on a cattle, stove and washing machine - incomer 16A 3 phase mcb trips immidiately.
