Very expensive for just two people

The condo was beautiful and on a great beach. Fantastic views including the sunset. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Friendly owner who sent detailed directions and expectations.

Unfortunately, my daughter found dirty dishes in the cupboards. It was as if the previous people didn't clean up very well including stuck on cream of wheat and grease. She had to redo the dishes. All dishes were dirty I was told. The floors were also sticky and dirty, and her feet were black, so she mopped the floor. No umbrellas outside in the heat. It's not the owner's fault but the HOA's, but nevertheless hot with no shade. I received a check out list with clean up also asking to text the cleaning person at check out. Really??? I emailed Eddie about the condo being not as clean as it should have been and got no response. While the daily rate is reasonable there are additional fees that make this condo expensive including a 250$ cleaning fee. The cleaning person needs to do a better job including checking the dishes. Condo owner very defensive and deflected blame to myself. No cleaning products including in the hand wash. There was water in those. I believe a part of that cleaning fee should be refunded to me as she had to clean the unit. I also do not believe a condo owner should ask for a 5-star rating. For the cost of this condo- over 2 grand for 6 days, and the issues we had, I would not come back. Just because a place has good reviews does not make our stay a five star. I am mostly upset about owner's lack of responsibility in handling this issue.

Beautiful place, perfect location. Sit and watch the waves roll in. Amazing views, plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Can't wait to go back.

The comfy bed; awesome shower; plenty of hot water; sharp knives; icemaker; great towels and blankets; wonderful view; great wifi speed and nice tv; tons of spices; very clean!

The location was great.

We never saw any staff members.
