Location with easy access to beach, cleanliness, furnishings and decor, ease of entry, available beach chairs and beach towels, well equipped kitchen, gated with assigned parking

TV remote and lack of local stations. For the price, a streaming subscription (Hulu, YouTube TV) would have been nice. The remote was tricky to use.

The only negative thing I will comment on is that the vents in both bathrooms need cleaned as well as the vent in the kitchen ceiling and vent inthe bed room ceiling. There are dust bunnies on the bedroom ceiling due to dust from vents.

It was a lovely condo. Clean, updated and beautiful. Had everything we could need. Eddie made checking in and out very easy with text messages with all the info.
