Location is nice and covinient,heating is great for these cold days, parking in front of the building very useful

Receiving reminder several times that we should leave the apartment at 11am., it's annoying a bit. It needs some investment and renovation, as well a modern way of checking in and out because the way is unsafe and ridiculous for this modern time.
