Villa Scolopax rusticola Skradin with heated pool

The owner is a very nice woman, she greeted us nicely when we arrive. Also she is very fast responding on texts, the location is great to drive to the waterfalls.

We were a little bit shocked, because of the high ratings. Overall there is a great lack of hygiene in the room we stayed. When we arrived our room was full of fruit flies, we saw at least 90 flying around in every room. There were also a lot of dead flies in de lamps on the ceiling. There were a lot of dead bugs under the dressers in de bedroom. Because with al these insects flying around and lying on the floor, everything felt very uncomfortable. For this price for a night, we suggest another place to sleep. Unless the hygiene and cleaning does improve.

Amazing, beautiful place, highly recommend. Our hostess Kristina (who lives upstairs with her family) was wonderful. She greeted us right away, spent some time talking g about her family’s property and history, provide some of her/her husbands locally make wine (which was exceptional, we purchased a couple of bottles). Very close to Krka entrance at Skradin. A bonus lightning storm and open vantage point the night we stayed-spectacular!

Kristina was an amazing host and very helpful. Property was clean and very comfortable in a beautiful quiet location.

Pool, cleanliness, view, size of the rooms, coffee machine were all lovely

Nikolina, our host was incredible, exceeding our expectations in every way. Would recommend it to anybody who wants to visit the Krka national park and greater region

The owners were very accommodating and friendly, even helped us with parking, choosing restaurants&excursions, the facilities were stocked with towels, soaps, haidryer, extra sheets and blankets, apartment clean, very nice and comfortable, kitchen stocked with all kitchenware, coffee, sugar, tea, salt etc., owner is close by and available for anything else you may need, parking in front, pool is very nice&has a beautiful view, very tasty homemade wine available,.. 10/10 would recommend!
