Lovely location, peaceful setting and private. So well set up with all the comforts and quality furnishings. Super comfortable beds and so clean and attractively decorated. A lovely spot to relax within close proximity to cafes, beaches, places of interest and shops.

Peaceful location close to Matakana. Perfect spot for relaxing, as well as easy access to lots of places to visit. Our host was wonderful.

The special welcome from Mr Miko and the sweet treats on arrival made us feel at home. This property is modern, extremely clean and comfortable in a quiet location surrounded by trees and birdlife, perfect for our small family to enjoy a relaxing weekend without being too remote. The comfort level of the beds and linen are very high, we all slept extremely well. Kim takes great pride in maintaining her property to a very high standard, making sure you have an enjoyable and refreshing stay. We will visit again and would highly recommend a stay here to others.

The location was secluded, away from the road with lots of bird life and the house close to native bush without blocking the sun. The house itself was very comfortable, warm and cosy.

Fabulous location, in a beautiful valley. Plenty of green space around the property. Very comfortable and well appointed house. Lovely bathroom, super-comfortable beds and hugely welcoming host!

Nothing jumps out. Was perfect for our family of 4. Twin beds in the second bedroom might be needed if you have teenagers.

Our stay here was amazing! We had an exceptional view to wake up to and its very private, so many native birds in the area which was so cool! The hotel it self is a 10/10 for sure! So tidy/flash and has everything you need! Beds are soooooo comfortable i slept like a baby and didnt want to wake up, perfect for my dad who normally gets back problems! Its also located right in the centre of all the beaches which was great for our fishing trip, The owner Kim is soooo nice and very welcoming! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay, i highly reccommend staying here if your looking for a great place to relax it was definitely a 10/10 stay for us. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful location—peaceful. The accommodation was more luxurious than we expected. Cozy and spacious. Kim was very gracious and accommodating. Attentive but respectful of our privacy. Close to Sawmill Brewery where we had the yummy chicken and fries (and great beer).

It's excellent. Great location. Quiet. lots of natural fruits, ready to be plucked. Fabulous amenities.

Addition of electric car charger will be a desirable add.

We would definitely stay here again. The villetta is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Set amongst mature trees, the location is very peaceful and private but still close to restaurants, vineyards and local markets. Kim was an exceptional host - very friendly and helpful.
