Stylish Harrogate Studio with Huge Garden

The general idea and location

Cobwebs and debris up and around the front door on arrival, as first impressions are tantermount to as what to expect, toilet paper and long hair down the toilet when it was supposed to have been cleaned properly, a damaged shower cubicle that you couldn't close properly, so you could not help wetting all the floor, the position of the toilet roll holder, when it could have been located in a forward position in relation to the position of the toilet, debris and leaves all over the garden and especially the decking so that it made it difficult not to tread debris inside the pod,

Good location with on street parking. Nice and private with little garden and clean on arrival. Good communication from the hosts.

The mattress and pillows are low budget and offer little support. For this reason I wouldn’t book again .Wouldn’t cost much to rectify these issues to make guests more comfortable. WiFi was intermittent as connects to main house rather than standalone and shower a little small.

Very quiet, peaceful

Maybe some people might not like walking through the garden of the home to get to it. I didn't mind

Very well situated accommodation. Very private and well presented. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Welcome package was a great surprise and the welcome booklet helped with our stay. Couldn’t fault our stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

The studio is in a perfect, quiet location with two lovely 20 minute walks into the town centre. It's compact, but adequate for 1 or 2 people. The private back garden and decking is nice when the weather is good.

The 13.5 tog duvet in the middle of summer and the creaky bed.

Light switches labelled, shower gel, coffee, shampoo. Very good shower. Parking and easy to get in .

Matress not comfortable, garden pretty but not private.

We did like the location very much , a lovely residential area. With a bus stop a few moments away. Parking was outside the property and always available. Two shops and a co-op were within a short walk. Harrogate centre was a very pleasant 25 minute walk away . The accommodation was clean and had most things needed for a short stay.

Now we know that our first dislike was out of the owners control but ,the sound of a football being kicked around in a neighbours garden did really get on our nerves . We are O.A.P. s and it is one thing we really don 't like. Secondly the garden was not private from the next door neighbour. Lastly the freezer box in the fridge urgently needed defrosting .

Excellent space... fantastic, well equipped facilities, private and quiet. Would definitely recommend 😊
