"Was a lovely stay and the cottage is very nice and a super location for the town."

Was in a key box and so very handy, no fuss. Could also leave in it when going out so no chance of losing.

I have a few suggestions. I would fix the mirror on the wall in the first bedroom and put in a bin. The bedroom at the top I would also put in a bin and and a mirror, as need to come down all the time to use bathroom mirror. I would fix the locks on both bathroom and toilet, as very hard to lock and then to open.I would put the sofa in the front room in the main room as for 4 adults the seating in there is not enough.

Location + outside space

Minimal crockery and cutlery. Unlevel kitchen floor. Very windy stairs to second bedroom. Dog mess in outside space. Broken cafetière. Road noise. No advice on parking with joining instructions

"Nice but could have been better"

Good location, comfortable beds, spacious house. Well equipped kitchen - though some extra kitchen essentials for cooking would have been good like oil and pepper. Comfortable living room and TV with lots of apps.

The house smelled really badly of smoke. Clearly a smoker has lived here and it's embedded into the walls. The wifi kept dropping out - not good enough for calls. Garden was nice but the table didn't have a top so couldn't be used.

The cottage was very cozy and well decorated. It was just lovely! Had exegetical we needed for our stay!I felt right at home.
