Beautiful modern apartment in an amazing location. 10/10

Renting an apartment in Barranco and Miraflores is always risky. I have some good experiences and some really bad ones (neighboring tenants partying all night and loud noise). I took a chance on this one because it is new to Booking but wow did I make the right choice! From the time I arrived to the time I left, everything couldn't have been more perfect. Security/reception are extremely kind and helpful. The location is great - near supermarkets, great restaurants and cafes, and the ocean. And the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment was better than the pictures make it look. Very airy, nice smell of the Pacific Ocean in the morning and clean. It comes equipped with everything you need including a coffee machine and room fans. The bed is very comfortable and the space was perfect for a home office. Wi-Fi was the strongest I've had in Lima. The host, Victoria, was available instantly with any questions or requests I had. I will definitely return to Mosaic on my next trip to Lima!

The apartment was new, very cosy, clean, smelled so good, reception was very nice and helpful at all times and located in a very good location!

Cozy apartment in a great area. The bed was very comfy and the apartment has lots of appliances to cater for all your needs. All the staff at the complex are lovely and Victoria was a great host, always willing to help. Would definitely recommend and if I’m ever back in Lima I will 100% stay here.
