Location excellent 5 min walk to Danube and Chain Bridge. Excellent bathroom with a double sided full length mirrored sliding door which shows up rather confusingly in the photos! Private outdoor terrace is larger than it appears in photos. Building in which it is situated is traditional apartment block and very pleasant. I extended my stay and stayed a whole week. Excellent value for Budapest which is becoming very expensive.

Description should be studio apartment rather than a 1 bedroom apartment although that did not matter to me as on my own. Noisy gas boiler shared with adjacent apartment. Never did get the smart TV to work obviously I am not smart enough as I am old! Could do with a few more plates and cutlery.

1. Perfect location in the city centre, close to everything (sights, stores, and bus stops). 2. The owner allowed a much earlier check-in and quickly replied to my questions.

1. The room was initially clean, but it was not cleaned for the rest of my stay (5 days), meaning no clean towels and TP. I asked the owner for cleaning service and he would charge 40 extra euros. 2. The boiler of the next-door room was placed inside the closet of this room. Every time our neighbour opened a faucet, the boiler made a loud sound for a few minutes, even in the middle of the night.

No drink water, even tiny bottle No coffee, even 1 capsule No soap - only shampoo There are almost all light inside artificial. No windows only useless terrace (because some windows there from other flat) surround concrete. And you will see sky when look up your eyes. Some noises - 1 boiler for 2 apartment. woke up when someone went to shower. Some drunk neighbours at night But if you are going to sleep at 02:00 and wake up at 8:00 it's no problem. It's great place for some nights, but i think it's a little disbalance price/quality.

The only downside is that the gas burner of the neighbors is installed next to your bed, and each time they use the hot water, even in the night, it makes disturbing noises.

Very comfortably refurbished studio in a great old building, which common areas lack proper maintenance. Perfect location, extremely central and at the same time very quiet being in the middle yard. Extremely easy communication with the hosts and easy keys collection. Very clean and very well equipped with all amenities you could need.

Beautiful apt ,cozy atmosphere well equipped. Host very very helpful amazing location. Highly recommend
