Luxury Jungle Penthouse with Private Rooftop Pool

This penthouse was very misleading. To start it off the pictures shown were not the penthouse we were given. When arriving we realized that the penthouse had not been looked over since it was very dirty. There was animal poop on the couches and on the bed sheets. The towels they provided us with were also dirty and ripped. We complained to the host and she sent someone the next day to clean. The next day they cleaned all but one room, and we asked the host who claimed it was because they heard peoples voices in the room and didn’t clean it. Nobody was in the penthouse when they went in to clean. My family and I freaked out, and now felt unsafe since it meant somebody had gotten into the penthouse. The host then tells us that she’s checked all the cameras and only my family and the cleaning service had been in the penthouse…so they just decided not to clean that room? or was there actually someone in the room?? after this the host didn’t respond to us anymore after we requested another room. We had a couple rainy days in our stay and there was water dripping from the stairs, the ceiling, the kitchen, and in every room. We had to move furniture and the TV so nothing would be damaged, or cause any accidents. We notified the host and received no answer from her, or received any type of compensation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because the cleanliness and the attention to detail was horrible. I have so many videos but they only let me upload pictures :/
