Very beautiful building. A very cute elderly lady neighbour that we pissed off but was super cute. Mind the elevator door, people! Close it good.

The apartment needs some serious deep cleaning and some new furniture (bed and couch), the rug in the living room is yuckie (the curtains too), old stains everywhere. The persistent sewage like smell in the bedroom. Trams start driving right below the bedroom window at around 4.30 am, very loud.

Locație bine poziționată față de multe atracții, puteai ajunge pe jos , dar și cu mijloace de transport, a cotor stații erau la 1-2 minute distanță. Apartament călduros , bine utilat.

Noi suntem obișnuiți cu tramvaiul, dar poate pentru unii asta ar fi un inconvenient
