Amazing family place. Very nice and quite area. Kids have really good time in the garden and around house. Nice comfortable beds. House was clean and warm. Place its local to every area we visit. Will always recomended this place. Thank you

The property is beautiful and in a great location for the wedding we were heading to The hosts are great Ample parking

If you want to use the wifi you have to pre-book it, this was explained but it wasn't explained that there's absolutely no signal out there so if you think you can just use your data... you can't When we arrived it was freezing but once we messaged the hosts they increased the heating for the next day

Great location, with beautiful routes to Buxton and Bakewell. Spacious barn conversion. Easy to find.

Our stay was a November weekend and the ground floor was chilly. There was an additional electric radiator which helped and the owners re-timed the central heating to stay on longer though it’s a big space to heat. It’s unusual not to have a freezer or ice box, and to pay extra for broadband.

Very clean and comfortable . The only problem we had was with the wifi. The owners had warned us of this and we could have paid for this...my own fault I didn't see the message in time. Lovely area and handy for Alton Towers visit.

Beautiful building right in the heart of the Peak District, far away from the noise and lights. The downstairs is perfect for a family as it’s all one, so we could cook and see the kids, with games for them to play and a tv if needed. Upstairs are three good size rooms all with a tv and the twin room equipped with a PS2, retro and our kids loved that! Two bathrooms which was really handy. We were staying at Alton Towers and it was less than 20 minutes away, perfect. Loved our stay and would come again.

If I had to pick holes, it was a little cold the first night but as soon as we mentioned it the owners put the heating on and all was fine, so a minor complaint. Only minor quibble was the en suite shower is a bit tight and we’re both quite small, but needs must and definitely worth the second bathroom.
