LAROKA HOUSE Rin Grand Residence Modern Apartment

The property was very clean and warm ,and no noise , with all the instruments necessary , like hairdryer , iron , kitchen to cook if you need etc.

Be aware that property is listed with pool ,spa , and gym but this facilities are not included in the price and you have to make sure they are open you have to check before to book .

The apartament was fine, but the building was terrifying, nasty, cold and without hot connecting with the parking.

It was clean and comfortable. Host is great too.

It’s a huge place and there were a few people around that were swearing when we arrived at 1am. I guess it could happened anywhere…

The apartment was in general OK. It's a bit dated but when it was new it must have been great. A bonus is the free parking and possibility to park inside (back side of the building it's parking with multiple floors).

Unfortunately the bed mattress was too worn and sagging and we could not get a good night sleep. The area is rather far from everything but it is OK if you come by car. This ex hotel is now a rather shady place, with all sorts of people that you don't really want to have anything to do with. Not recommended for tourists.

everything was great, the apartment is clean, there are cutlery.Free parking.
