GBGBWell the caravan was basic “but in a nice setting & cleanish . Some cupboards have things in for there daily business/sessions . Pillows dirty but we brought cases to cover over . If you think your going to be on your own in the middle off nowhere as described.” It’s not quite like that unfortunately.
Well it was wasn’t all your own space “ it’s a working horse / farm . ‘So from the min we arrived to leaving there was staff and people around doing chores.‘ only after 9.30pm were you left alone after there last night checks on the animals & things . Then staff doing chores cleaning and getting ready for the day’s training course.” The owners did say and advise us ‘what was happening once we arrived..7.30am and lesions at 8.45/9am . So if you wanted to sit out for breakfast be aware people are walking around you and caravan ‘it’s not all your space .
GBWe absolutely loved everything about it,the hosts Dina and Derek made us feel so welcome,the whole experience was wonderful,such a calming environment the horses and dogs where a joy. Can't wait to return 😍

GBAmazing location!! The accommodation is a peaceful haven surrounded by nature, yet a 10 minute drive to Mablethorpe and quiet unspoilt beaches at a similar distance. The hosts Dina and Derek were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable. Perfect getaway! 😊

GBEverything was perfect, upon arrival I was greeted by the very friendly owners Dina and Derek,who went over and above,to make my stay very enjoyable and memorable.The caravan was amazing it was absolutely spotlessly clean,contained everything I needed to make an exceptionally memorable break. Being sited in a very peaceful and tranquil position with lovely views of the horses and ponies.It was a fantastic place to just switch off and relax in lovely tranquil surroundings.would make a fantastic base for anyone wanting to explore the surrounding coastal areas just a few miles away.I can honesty say this has been one of my favourite stays for a few days break I have ever had. It's a very special place hidden away just 3 miles from Mablethorpe beach and I thoroughly recommend it. Looking forward to a return visit.
