Super Central NEW apartment with air conditioning

Die Lage ist gut, citynah, auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, viele Cafés/Bistros in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Fotos geben nicht den tatsächlichen Fensterblick wider (Blick auf Dach einer Garage). Das Sofa war leider nicht sauber, wurde dem Vermieter bei Ankunft mitgeteilt. Die Innenrollos an den 3 Küchenfenstern konnte man nicht hoch machen, dadurch dunkler Raum, die Fenster waren nicht sauber. Bei offenem Fenster frühzeitig Lärm durch Restaurantküche nebenan.

Location is perfect you are within 5 mins walk of where the bus drops you off from the airport + 5 mins from the main synagogue & you are in the heart of the Jewish quarter with lots of options for food & drink. The apartment felt really secure too.

The bathroom floor floods when you take a shower there is a mop & bucket. FYI you are on the 1st floor so you hear the restaurant below bringing in stock around 5am in the morning.

Någon hade bajsat i trappan framför dörren. När vi meddelade ägaren beklagade han men sagt att det är inte hans problem för att det är inte i lägenheten. Vi var tvungna att springa till andra våning , ta hissen ner för att slippa eländet. Det värsta är de har bara plockat upp skiten utan att sanera eller åtminstone fräscha upp som normala människor skulle göra. Det stank avföring så fort man går in i byggnaden. Badrummet översvämnar när man duschar och toaletten luktade avlopp.

The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to all points of interest. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious enough for three travellers. It had everything we needed.

Cleanliness of the Bathroom: There was a foul smell in the bathroom around the toilet. The apartment was also a bit dark (in terms of natural light) but this was not too bad.
