No hot water. One Toilet was out of use.

Nothing at all

The room failed to meet basic cleanliness and service standards. The toilets and kitchen were dirty, which is unacceptable, and there were no basic accessories provided(like towel, tea coffee), adding to the discomfort. These issues significantly detracted from the overall experience and require immediate attention from management.

I didn't like anything.

The entire place was disgusting and so dirty. There was people banging on the door in the early morning hours and shouting as if no one was there. Someone tried to enter our room twice. Although the manager answered our phone call to give directions which we appreciated, we did not have a pleasant stay.

Spacious rooms

The bathroom was not so clean.

It was quite and clean and near to city centre. Best place to stay.

There was no shower gel and shampoo in the toilet
