IEMYI like the pool facilities and vending machines, room & toilet is clean. There is clear guide on the steps to collect key. Perhaps can list down in the guide that level 42 is only a meeting room & landscape area (nothing interesting). My kids tot got more facilities there so went up & end up need to take the stairs down as there was no lift serving.
the lift waiting time is TERRIBLE! Out of 4 lifts only 2/3 working and always full! We had to walk down the stairs several times to facilities floor / parking. Got once even had to walk down to Ground to catch a lift back to room as we waited at parking level and lift doesn't come.
