They cheated us and charged us £40 for being 5 minutes late. Emailed them and got no reply. Cleaning lady showed up 9:45 even though checking out time is 10 and just walked straight in. We had our disabled 96 year old grandmother stay and took 5 minutes extra to come out when we were all out.Stay away at all costs.

Rubbish tv, even though it only had free view, only a few channels worked as there was no signal so hard to watch tv. Very disappointing.
