"Awesome... upgraded large room, comfortable bed, walk-in shower was an extra bonus."

Did not eat breakfast, met with others. The staff, room, comfort, were all top notch.

No problem with the facility. It's that we're older and had some physical challenges and we should have requested a room closer to the elevator.

"Better communication or transparency needs to take place when Mrs Sheri is not present."

The breakfast was good and Mrs Sheri is always the best.

When I first got there I did not appreciate the none communication that was given. But as I stood by to watch each person who did not look like me received a welcome bag as they checked in. But I didn't receive one. This is the only place I come to stay at so I know a lot about how check-ins are to be done. So with this I am not satisfied with the new experience.
