Very close to the parliament building and centre. Easy to access the building. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Είναι πολύ βολική η τοποθεσία, πίσω από το Κοινοβούλιο. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και καλόγουστο.

Το στρώμα στο ένα από τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγαλύτερο από την επιφάνεια του κρεβατιού οπότε το στρώμα λύγιζε και ένιωθες ότι θα πέσεις.

Spacious apartment with original design and excellent location. Hassle-free check-in.

I couldn't turn on the TVs in the bedrooms.

We really loved the apartment. You enter the building, go up a half flight of stairs, then take the elevator and the go up another half flight of stairs. The apartment is large and relaxed. 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Heated bathroom floors. Crazy light switches that make it an adventure.

There is construction in the building and every once in a while you will hear some construction noise. Minor inconvenience.

Clean and just like the photos

A hotel class apartment ! A very big and quiet apartment with all the amenities. It's an old building but the apartment was fully renovated . It's in a quiet neighborhood ,close to the Parliament and to public transportation as well as several restaurants. We arrived in January in sub zero temperatures and the apartment was pre-heated and warm using the 6 radiators, heated floor. The elevator can take you to floor 3. The apartment is on floor 2.5. The apartment was very clean. sheets&linen were fresh and clean. I paid approximately 135€/night after using few coupons. 3 toilets rooms 2 baths. 1 kitchen 1 living room Lots of cabinets and storage. I really like apartments which keep in their drawers the little things like extra toothpaste, sugar, coffee , tea, salt, pepper, soaps, cleaning towels ,dishwasher and washing tablets ,etc. This apartment has it all. Those little things that save you walking to the supermarket on the first day. The host (Diana) was very nice & responsive on whatsapp . We got 2 keys to the apartment (which is great). Entrance : shoes cabinet with spa shoes, A small  toilet room. Kitchen Fully equipped : toaster , Siemens iQ700 oven and a matching steam cooker. Microwave . Cleaning and dishwasher detergents. Siemens induction top . it has everything you need to prepare a salad or an omelet or even a full meal. Near the kitchen there is a dining table that can fit 6 people (or more if you extend the table). Saloon: 1.25HP air condition.  large sofas , 65” samsung TV (you will need a samsung account to see youtube, netflix and alike) . WiFi: asymmetric 360Mbps download , 20Mbps upload. Room1: (closest to the kitchen) a queen bed , 40” TV, AC unit, a private bath + toilets. I didn’t use the toilets as it has a motorized shredder to fit its 1” drain pipe. it has electric shaders. Room2: a sliding wooden door . a comfortable queen bed , 42” TV , A/C unit,another ethanol fireplace .

you have to be nit picking here. As I said: everything is new, you may still find cracks or a broken tile but nothing that will ruin your vacation . Rooms1 shower pressure is a bit weak (probably needs a new shower head as the sink pressure is decent). Room2 shower has good water pressure and a sophisticated shower but the side massage streams option is disabled. Next to the shower knobs there is a tiny missing tile .  A small A/C in the living room may struggle in hot summer but I never tested .
