Historic Elegance Loft in Downtown Conway

Location is ideal if you want to spend most of your time in the quaint town of Conway

It was pretty bright at night because of the street lights and the blinds are good, but they’re not great at keeping the street lights out. Location is perfect however because you’re in the town you also get all of the loud street noise but I expected that and brought earplugs.

Absolutely loved my stay in this very charming loft! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient visit. Being right in the heart of Conway's charming city center was a huge plus, with fantastic eateries just steps away. This place is a gem – 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a perfect spot in Conway, book this loft!

I had an issue that was quickly addressed. The quick response from property management was a game changer. Without it, ratings would have been lower all the way around.

The place needs revamping. New floors, and closer supervision regarding cleanliness. The property team refunded the cleaning fee, but the fact remains (for future patrons) that the floors were not clean and there is a rancid odor coming from one of the closets. I ask that my comments be ANONYMOUS since the problem was addressed.

The location. It was close to everything and the h o s t s were very responsive

It was noisy. There were motorcycles at 5:00 a.m. there is only a street parking which is busy during the holidays so be prepared for that and no elevator. We had boxes for court so it was a little difficult to negotiate the stairs with all the heavy suitcases

Property was clean and quiet. It was located in central downtown, walking distance from the marina, creamery and dining!

Would have preferred a dead bolt on the door because the security lock was a little confusing. However, the property was safe and secure.
