Impressive Apartment at Leeds City Centre

Loved the location and ease of access felt safe . Host was clear on instructions and very responsive.

That we didn't book for longer

Whole place was dirty Breached health & safety standards Shower taped up as water could get into side of shower attached to wall Didn’t use shower after noticing how dangerous it was No fire extinguisher in Kitchen which also breaches health & safety for rental accommodation Vacuum also breaches health & safety It is taped up in 4 places & when I moved the vacuum to take a photo of how dangerous it was it fell apart So put it back together and propped it back against the wall

The location is great. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is small but comfortable for one or two people. Well equipped with everything necessary for a short stay.

The main problem was the noise from the street. One of the window handles is broken so the window isn't sealing properly. There was noise from people and cars until late and then in the morning bin lorries and other traffic.

Love the location, the apartment was lovely!

I missed some instruction how everything worked.

Apartment was very nice but there were no instructions in case of a fire or anything to do with the apartment,ie how to work the cooker or TV.

Too noisy at night loud voices all night till 4 in the morning.

location was good …

window locks Brocken so have me a concern over security.. the entrance and corridors were in need of renovation.. poor signage overall
