The key app was useful for accessing the building and the room.

The key app had a lag when entering the elevator and tenants would sometimes have to use their phones to get us access to our floor.

The location was quite nice. Nice blues bar in the neighbourhood. Nice walking distance to Georgia Tech campus.

Picking up the keys was a horror. I had to download an application to my phone, and the host did not give user id to the phone in advance. I had a stressful arrival after 19 hours of flying, I had to start chatting via booking app to the host, and to ask multiple times for the requires passwords and applications.

The area was great! Perfect for downtown trips

Entering the property it was a pugent weed odor that lingered the whole stay. As of checking the property I noticed weed buds all over the balcony accompanied by burn holes on the arms of the chair from the extinguishment. Wallpaper is coming down ruining the classic interior. Couch is itty bitty and looks fragile. The decor was overall cheap and not worth the rate. I wanted to wash clothes which was a main reason I stayed at this very convenient home and I couldn’t because the washer reeks of mildew from things that needed to be dried from prior guests.

The location was exceptional.

Requires an app on your phone for everything, and because we aren't from the area, sometimes reception on our data plan was spotty. Had problems getting in the parking garage as a result a couple of times and to a different floor in the elevator. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the noise level from the outside was pretty loud because it faced the parking garage entry and there was construction. There was a dead flower arrangement on the table when we arrived. The chairs outside only had one cushion for one of the chairs.There wasn't any glassware and there were random things in the closet. The host was freaking out trying to email/text/call while we were driving through the mountains with no cell reception. When her call came through, she seemed very angry that we had been unable to respond earlier. If she had contacted us via the app the day/night before, it would have been helpful.
